The Eken H9R is an action camera similar in design to offerings from GoPro. Another alternative would be the SJCam4000 or the YI 4k Action Camera.

I used an app called EZ iCam for the wifi functionality.

The camera has a display screen on the back and is fully waterproof thanks to its waterproof case. All pictures and video are stored on a MicroSD card. The camera is capable of shooting in UHD (ultra HD) at 25 frames per second. Upto 12MP stills can also be taken. This affordable action cam can be considered as a cheap GoPro.
